Manpower Loading
Description
This spreadsheet calculates the number of team members required to complete a number of activities based on the budget (number of hours) and duration (start and finish dates) of each activity. The dates listed on the Holidays tab are removed from the calculations. The Analysis Toolpack Add-In is used for the WEEKDAYS function.
