I have created a spreadsheet that calculates the flexural and compression strengths of
I-beams and Channel members as per the AISC Steel Manual, 14th Edition. While there are tables/figures that provide this information, they are limited to 50 ksi steel members only.

The only inputs needed are the member itself, the Lb/Lx/Ly length and the k/Cb value.
It is a time saving tool, especially for users working with 36 ksi steel or students performing the full calculation by hand, as all intermediate values are displayed. Additionally, the limit state for flexural strength is calculated to better understand the behaviour of the member.

I did not know that a pitch was needed so the spreadsheet has already been uploaded but I can modify it if needed to improve its capabilities:

I followed the ExcelCalcs guide for good calculations and will incorporate any additional suggestions.
Detailed instructions are present in the spreadsheet.
