I want to contribute to the site with a spreadsheet I did and use to design heavy duty compression springs. May I proceed? Attached is a screen shot of the spreadsheet.

Thanks John Doyle, attached is the spreadsheet. It's a "Macro-Enabled Workbook" (.xlsm) and zipped. Formulas used can be found in the Machinery's Handbook (26th Edition). The macro can be used to optimize the spring.
