Lost in ExelCalcs Version 01_10 7 Years, 3 Months ago Karma: 0
Since I uninstalled the old 01_09 version, I never got back to my ExcelCalcs sheet.

Trying it again, I have re-installed Version 01_10 but still the "Add-In" tab on the menu is not coming.
I tried to type a formula to the sheet but it doesn't work as well.

Could you please advise how I can make it back.

Thanks.

I uninstall and reinstall XLC on our computers many times to test new versions. Always use the uninstall and install programs.

However we are aware that some users have installation problems due to the local configuration of their machines. The problems are handled via the forum so you should be read these threads this may be helpful. Often the problems are regarding user access control so please make sure that the programs are installed by an administrator.

If you are still having problems then you will find a readme.txt file in the XLC pack this takes you through the installation process manually in ten steps. If you follow this and report the response of the computer it will tell you which part of the installation process is failing. This is very useful for us to diagnose the problem. Please report back if you have any problems and we will try our very best to help you.
