Certainly your listing explains the counting. Only thing I can add is my observation. I asked for the files once, only. Tha latter one (no. 4) was never realised as the "todays limit reached" message appeared. Maybe something to do with my computer set-up, but I doubt it. Nevertheless some explanation does exist. Anyway, we'll better leave the subject for now, if not others gets confronted with a similar problem.

And I'll see if there are any improvements that can be made to the site software so that this feature becomes more transparent.

Some research has also shown that users navigating with IE (Microsoft's Internet Explorer) may double count the download a file from if the site not in the users's trusted zone. Here is some further information on this here. Unfortunately it does not offer a solution. My only suggestion is for IE users to place www.ExcelCalcs.com in their trusted zone to avoid the problem altogether.
