Bar graph Help 1 Year, 2 Months ago Karma: 0
I have a number of drawings we are reviewing, and have been pulling my hair out trying to get a bar graph to show total number of drawings on the Y axis, with the bar indicating 2 things. Amount of drawings reviewed (level I) and amount of drawings requiring additional review (level II). Hopefully the attached image will give an idea of what I'm trying to accomplish.

I'm starting with one Unit, and 198 drawings, but hope to get this formatted now as we begin additional units.

Any help is GREATLY appreciated!

My apologies, first time posting and I hope I'm in the right forum.
A rank amateur as you can tell. Posting the sample image as a Jpeg this time, hopefully will clarify what I'm trying to do.

I'm not sure if I fully understood the problem but I have inserted two pivot tables in sheet4. One counts level I complete and the other counts level II complete. I combine the two pivot tables in to one and count the number of drawings using Excel's COUNTA() function. Working out the % complete is pretty easy then. I hope this helps.
