John;

I can't view any of the videos. I press Play and nothing happens. Is there a setting that I need to turn on/off?

Thanks,
M.

I am guessing your browser is FireFox because, as reported in the Site News, the latest version of FireFox is giving the video player some problems:

FireFox Video Playing Problem - I upgraded to the latest version of FireFox and found that I could not play some video files on the ExcelCalcs site. If anyone else is having the same problem I installed the MediaPlayerConnectivity Firefox extension which launches embedded media on a webpage in an external player. There are no such problems with MS Internet Explorer or Chrome browsers.

Thanks for the question.

I am using Windows Internet Explorer. I still can't play any of the videos. I even tryed cutting and pasting the URL into Windows Media Player and Quick Time with no success.

Oh dear. Do you mind telling me which version of IE you have (Toolbar->Help->About) and I'll try to look into it. I am running IE7.0.6001 and it seems to work fine. Thanks for your perseverance.
