- Are you sure you are logged into the site when you download. CHECK: "Hi, dreame" should appear in the Member Login area (top right hand margin).
- What browser are you using? If it is an old browser it may not be supported. Install a new version of Internet Explorer, FireFox or Chrome these are all supported.
- What error message do you get when you try to download? I can't see how it can be a download limit message because the down load log shows that you have not managed a single download yet.
