I am having problems running the tutorials on your site. When I click on the play button nothing happens. When I do a right click and hit properties the length comes up as 0, so I don't know if the video files aren't there anymore?

Suggestions?

Thanks for reporting this in. This has been a problem in the past because ms media player does not seem to be well supported by all browsers. I always check the site using Internet Explorer and Firefox which seems to cover most people out there.

I like windows media player file for screen capture because they are pretty compact and render the screen better than YouTube media. They play very well when maximised on a full screen too.

It may be an error I made on the XLC help page so could you tell me if you can you play the following videos played in the ExcelCalcsTV viewer e.g. www.excelcalcs.com/ExcelCalcsTV/videodir...-xlc-quick-start-01/

Thanks again for your help.

Often there seem to be problems player the windows media player from the site. I post all the videos to our YouTube Channel too. These seem to play more reliably but there is a loss in resolution. See www.youtube.com/user/ExcelCalcs#p/u

All YouTube videos are fast, can be downloaded and the resolution is generally adequate.
