I cannot see XLC Ribbon. Addins are ok, the box for XLC is checked when I go to "go command".

The default installation directory is C:Program FilesXLC can you browse to that directory and open the file XLC.xlam. Please report back any error messages you encounter. This may help me work out what's going on.

Trying to open de xlam file I get a notice asking to repair the file or let open the macros in it. I let to run the macros and the file apparently was repair but a second notice says:

"Registros quitados: Rango con nombre de /xl/workbook.xml parte (Libro) parte (Libro)"
Translation:

Records removed: Rango con nombre de /xl/workbook.xml part (book)

I run excel again, the addin is there and checked but the ribbon still doesn´t appear.

It may be that there is some corruption of the installation file. I'd download it again and check that the file is 532.21 Kb in size. Then reinstall it.

After installing XLC again I found:

1-XLC was installed in File Programs but excel search in folder File Programs(x86). # of bytes o.k.
2-The system is 64 bits, even though I installed XLC again in File Programs(x86)
3-The ribbon doesn´t appear when I run excel. I have to go to the folder and run it.
4-After running directly from the folder the Ribbon appears but I get a message teeling that part of the program was delete it.
5- XLC appears to run o.k. (off course I am no t sure about that) and I don´t want to run XLC every time I open excel.
6-System is Windows 7 /Proccesor core i7
7-Macros are allowed in excel and XLC is checked as a complement.

The actually installation directory will make no difference so it is fine running from File programs(x86) even though you are running in 64 bits.

It seems that XLC is installed correctly but does not load when Excel starts up. A good work around is to start Excel and simply open XLC.xlam. Alternatively look to Excel's add-in management tools that are found Excel>File>Options>Add-Ins then find Manage Excel Add-ins and hit the Go button. If XLC is not shown in the Add-Ins available list then use the browse button to load it.

I trust this is helpful.
