When I run as an admin use it works fine from what I can see so far, however if I run on XP SP2 as a limited user the toolbox won't appear.

Any solutions to this.

I have just had a play around with this, normally I log in as the windows administrator on my PC I install XLC and it appears when I start up Excel. The XLC toolbar appears as usual.

I then switch user to a limited user account and start up Excel again. Excel starts but the XLC toolbar or the XLC add-in do not appear and this behaviour is what we should expect. XLC must be installed on the limited user account to work. You will need user rights to install programs or you can ask your administrator to do this for you.
