XLC Installation 1 Year, 3 Months ago Karma: 1
Hello John,

I just downloaded "XLC Beta Installation.zip" and got the following error:

The Compressed(zipped) folder is invalid or corrupted.

I am running this on XP SP2. Unfortunately, the file is still too large, otherwise I would attach it.

I was able to successfully download other zipped files referenced from the site (such as XlXtrFunDistribution) and did OK. I have also zipped/unzipped numerous other files without ever getting this error.

Thanks,
David

Hi David
This seems a bit strange. I have just downloaded it myself and reinstalled without a problem. Have you downloaded from this location? http://www.excelcalcs.com/component/option,com_remository/Itemid,36/func,fileinfo/id,14/
Maybe you could try again but if this fails a second time I'll email you the zip file.

You say that the file is too large to attach but the zip file should only be 327Kb which is pretty small?

Hello John,

I downloaded from the address you provided and it installed just fine.

Now to go learn how to use it!

Thanks!
David
