I have just downloaded the file myself and Changed the angle (cell c4) from 35° to 40° and the calculation updated fine. Maybe you have Excel set to manual calculation? (you can set it to automatic using Excel's main menu [Tools>Options>Calculation]. I hope this helps.

Nope, auto calc is on. I see two functions in cell H12 and elsewhere that are not in my program's function list. They are OVD() and UND(). Where are they available?

These are XLC's functions used to display equations. Did you manage to download and install XLC? - if you did not then you won't see the XLC toolbar and the XLC functions will not work.
