Cant download 5 Months, 1 Week ago Karma: 0  
Everytime I log in and try to download a file a messege always appear that I already downloaded more than the required limit per day. The problem is I haven't start downloading yet.

Could anybody assist or advise what seems to be the problem?

Downloads are restricted to a given IP address. Is it possible anyone else is using the same IP address and has used up the daily download limit?
