Tried to download XCL. 4 times. Each time
it downloads 70-80KB. then it shows full download. When I try to install it come up with error message "uncomplete file"
Please inform

I have just checked the download and it works fine. The file size should be 528Kb so if yours is just 70 to 80 Kb then something is going wrong somewhere but I don't think we have a problem at the site.

I got the last newsletter with the update link. Downloaded new XLC. After removing the old XLC, I tried to unzip the file. Got the error message from Winzip that it was not a valid zip file. Tried downloading again directly from the site and had the same result. Any suggestions?

I have just checked the download again and it works fine. I don't think we have a problem at the site.

I have downloaded the XLC file and loaded it a number of times and continue to receive the message that my file is old and needs to be replaced.

Thank you for the new zip file of XLC. My problem is with Windows XP blocking the .exe setup file. It does not completely download this file from your site and it would not unzip this file from your e-mail. I finally found out how to unblock it from the Winzip site and have now successfully installed the new program.
