XCL 3 Months, 1 Week ago Karma: 0  
This is the tird time. XCL downloads the first 56KB then quit. Wont install.
Tried on my laptop, same result, tried on office computer with high speed connection, same result.
Please advise.

Sorry to hear you are having trouble again Ernie. I have checked the download and everything is fine for me. There is a thread in the forum which shows that zip files may not download because it detects the presence of a *.exe. I don't know if this might be your problem but it is work investigating. It seems there is some help on the Winzip site. I don't think that there is any more I can do.
