When I go to the XLC Download page and agree to the terms it recycles me back to the XLC down load page. Obviously, I'm doing something wrong. Help

You are probably not - I have been doing a major upgrade to the site today so the site has been up and down all day. It will be back up in an hour or so. Sorry John
