Hi there,

I would like to install XLC but don't have administrator rights. Is there a way I can install with only user rights?

I followed the manual installation instructions in the readme.txt and it worked. Great!

The manual installation seems to work on some machines. I would advise letting your administrator know what you have done though. Welcome on bard Ben.
