Weird it should look like this:

Judging by the number of settings you have on the form you are running an old version of XLC. Try downloading and installing the latest version I have set the colours on the form as fixed colours rather than windows system colours in the latest version 06.07 so this should fix your problem. Thanks for reporting this in Zept!
