What is the "common radius"? I set this equal to the average of the inner radius of the outer tube and the outer radius of the inner tube but I don't think this is strictly correct. Shouldn't the spreadsheet calculate this value since it is one of the primary inputs to the results?

Well it must be a value between rh and rs. In the example it is equal to rs but I also entered perhaps the more obvious choice of (rh+rs)/2 and then the lower limiting value of rh.

Using the upper limit rs gives the highest contact pressure but using the lower limit of rh reduces by just 0.9%. Since interferences are always going to be small value maybe it does not matter too much what value is used?
