Simple Press-Fit Calculator
Description
This gives you a way to test the impact of changing the amount of interference on the characteristics of a simple tube-in-tube press-fit connection. It allows for different materials to be evaluated, and alerts you to situations where you may be exceeding the Yield Strength, or Tensile Strength of the components.

What is the "common radius"? I set this equal to the average of the inner radius of the outer tube and the outer radius of the inner tube but I don't think this is strictly correct. Shouldn't the spreadsheet calculate this value since it is one of the primary inputs to the results?
Using the upper limit rs gives the highest contact pressure but using the lower limit of rh reduces by just 0.9%. Since interferences are always going to be small value maybe it does not matter too much what value is used?
