I am sure that the author, Turan Babacan, would give you better feedback but maybe I could offer some assistance. Dimension Bk is in cell MENU!AU21 (Select 'BRIDGE GENERAL DATA' from the horizontal menu then the second 'TRANSVERSE' icon from the vertical menu). I imagine the model is for symmetrical bridges only. For rebar select the fifth icon from the horizontal menu. I hope this helps, it is a quite amazing spreadsheet.

Carriage width.
1) How can I change the Total deck width of the bridge labelled"B"
2) If The Bridge has only one pedestrian walkway>How do we indicate this
3) how can we design using rebar(steel reinforcement) in our design instead of tendors
