Dear Gisle,
Just Google RecTank and use this freeware.
It would help you designing a rectangular tank with horizontal or vertical stiffening.

Hi,
I just paid 90 USD for downloading this spreadsheet. It does not seem to help me.
I need to design a small rectangular water tank in SUS 304. Max pressure is 10 bar. Largest side is 1 m x 0.3 m. I need to find plate thickness and amount of stiffening required. Are you able to help me out?

Friends,
You can also use a software RECTANK for designing of rectangular tanks.
It's a freeware.
