Blind Plate or Manhole Cover Thickness Calculations

Description
This calculates the minimum thickness required for a circular blind plate or manhole cover. Calculations are based on worked-out example from Roark's. Maximum stress and deflection are calculated. Deflection at any location can also be calculated given a certain distance from the center of the blind plate or manhole cover.
