Description
AS4055 wind classification system. This workbook used as a lookup table
by other workbooks to assign a wind classification when using AS1170.2
wind loading. But can also be used as a stand alone calculator for
AS4055, though needs revising to current version of AS4055.

For Excel 2003, that's tools/protection, and tools/options and the view tab.
